We want your Zylo Steps to be comfortable from the first step! Should the size received not be quite correct, an exchange can be requested within 10 days of delivery subject to our exchange conditions.

Please ensure that the list of exchanges are raised only when the juttis are unused, in their original state and accompanied by the original packaging. They should be free from any markings, blemishes or wear and tear.

How to Raise an Exchange

Raising an exchange request is very simple. Have your order information on hand and be sure that the pair fulfills all exchange requirements before you make your request.
